- Check that you have gas in your bottle and it is turned on. If you have more than 1 bottle check that the correct bottle is in use.
- Gas Hot Water Systems can come in various shapes and sizes, some are wall mounted and heat the water as it is used. Others are tanks that heat and store water.
- Check that pilot light on the Hot Water System hasn’t gone out. If it has, instructions on how to reignite it are often located on the system itself or can be accessed online by googling the model number.
- It may required power for the ingition of the pilot light, check if a fuse has been tripped. Your fuse box may be located inside a cupboard, on the wall in the entry or outside if you live in a house.
- If you have no power throughout your property, please check online or with a neighbor to see if there is a widespread outage.
