We strongly recommend that applicants physically inspect a property before applying.
However, a physical inspection is not always essential. Applications from people who have not personally inspected the property may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and the property.
You can submit an application before attending an inspection. If an inspection is available, we recommend booking and attending where possible.
To arrange an inspection, use the Book Inspection or Request Inspection option on the property advertisement.
If no inspection times are currently available, register your interest and you will be notified when another inspection becomes available.
If you have already submitted an application, you do not need to submit another application after inspecting the property.
