All keys, remotes and access devices must be returned to Robert James Realty when you vacate the property.
This includes house and unit keys, garage and gate remotes, letterbox keys, pool or common-area keys/fobs, and any additional or duplicate keys made during the tenancy.
Your tenancy and responsibility for the property do not simply end when you physically move out. Vacant possession must be returned to Robert James Realty, including returning all keys and access devices.
Rent may continue to be payable until the tenancy has legally ended and possession of the property has been returned.
Please do not leave keys inside the property unless specifically instructed by Robert James Realty.
