Outside Robert James Realty office hours, a genuine emergency repair may include a burst or serious water leak, a blocked or broken toilet where there is no usable toilet, a serious roof leak, gas leak, dangerous electrical fault, flooding, serious storm or fire damage, or another fault making the property unsafe or insecure.
If a genuine emergency repair arises after hours, contact the nominated emergency repairer listed in your tenancy agreement, usually the nominated plumber or electrician.
If the issue is not an emergency, please lodge it through the Console Tenant App for attention during normal business hours.
If an after-hours contractor is engaged for a non-urgent matter, tenant-caused damage or another tenant-responsibility issue, you may be responsible for the call-out or repair costs.
If there is an immediate danger to life or property, call emergency services on 000 first.
