Unfortunately, due to the number of routine inspections Robert James Realty schedules within each inspection cycle, we are unable to change individual routine inspection times.
You do not need to be present for the inspection. Provided the required entry notice has been given, our Property Management team can access the property using the agency keys.
Please ensure:
Pets are safely secured.
There is clear access to all areas of the property.
Any maintenance issues are lodged through the Console Tenant App rather than waiting for the routine inspection.
We appreciate that the scheduled time may not always be convenient; however, keeping inspections within the scheduled cycle allows our team to complete them efficiently across the properties we manage.
