If you notice pests such as ants, cockroaches, rodents, fleas or other infestations, report the issue through the Console Tenant App with photos where possible.
Responsibility for pest control depends on the circumstances and cause. Problems that existed at the start of the tenancy or result from an issue with the property may be the owner's responsibility. Pest problems caused by the tenant's activities, pets, cleanliness or failure to take reasonable preventative measures may be the tenant's responsibility.
Please keep the property reasonably clean, store food appropriately and dispose of rubbish regularly to help prevent pest problems.
