Rent should be paid by bank transfer into the Robert James Realty trust account using the unique payment reference provided to you at the beginning of your tenancy.
Always include your correct reference number when making a rent payment. This allows your payment to be correctly identified and allocated to your tenancy.
If you cannot locate your payment reference or the trust account details provided at sign-up, please contact Robert James Realty before making the payment.
Please allow sufficient time for bank transfers to reach our trust account by the date your rent is due.
