Robert James Realty generally conducts routine inspections every 3 months.
You will be provided with the required Entry Notice (Form 9) at least 7 days before the inspection. You do not need to give permission for the inspection once the required notice has been correctly provided, and you do not need to be home when we attend.
Before the inspection, please:
- Ensure the property is reasonably clean and tidy.
- Make sure we can safely access all areas of the property.
- Secure or appropriately manage any pets.
- Report maintenance issues through the Console Tenant App rather than waiting for the inspection.
Routine inspections allow us to check the general condition of the property and identify maintenance, repair or safety issues. They are not housework inspections.
If the advised inspection time creates a genuine problem, please contact Robert James Realty as soon as possible. A request to change the time does not automatically cancel the scheduled inspection.
