If you are locked out during Robert James Realty's office hours, contact our office to check whether a management set of keys is available.
If available, the keys must be collected from our office. Robert James Realty does not deliver keys to the property, and borrowed keys must be returned promptly.
For an after-hours lockout, you will generally need to arrange a locksmith yourself and the cost will normally be your responsibility.
Locks, keys and access codes: You must not change, replace or alter locks, keys, remotes or property access codes without prior written permission from Robert James Realty, except where Queensland tenancy legislation permits otherwise.
Where an approved change is made, a complete set of replacement keys, remotes and/or updated access codes must be provided to Robert James Realty.
